- Log in to yor ZoomBAcloud
- From the apps menu, select your CRM app
- Select 'Settings' from the horizontal menu bar
- Now, select the 'E-mail Templates' module from the list of modules displayed.
- Now you should be able to create a new e-mail template from scratch or you could even customize an existing e-mail template to suit your organization's requirements.
- Click on 'New Template' to create a completely new e-mail template for your organization.
- Or, you could also select an existing template from the list of templates and edit it to suit your requirements. Whatever you do, do not forget to save it.
- Congratulations, you have just created an email template for your company.
